30 minute dinner ideas for the week

If you need dinner ideas this week, here are five ideas to inspire your menu. All of them are ready in 35 minutes or less, decently packed with protein and while I'm totally biased here, they're all packed with loads of flavor - enjoy!

dinners to make this week:

loaded burger bowls

ground beef over shredded lettuce with cheddar cheese (omit if you're DF), pickles, tomatoes, French fries with a drizzle of special sauce - tastes like a Big Mac without 3 pieces of bread to power through

egg roll bowls

with ground turkey or pork, these bowls come together in about 24 minutes - drizzled in an optional spicy mayo for extra flavor.

pistachio crusted chicken

made in the air-fryer or oven. These are gluten-free, coated in Dijon mustard with crushed pistachios for loads of tang and texture

chicken meatballs, peppers + onions

A lighter take on sausage, peppers and onions! The sauce hits so GOOD. I used my homemade chicken meatballs but in a pinch store-bought also work.

pesto caprese pizza

Pizza Fridays are always a good idea! This recipe includes my 10-minute pizza dough, but you can use any recipe you like for the dough.

Have a great week!

xoxo, Nichole
